Quest Academy is in Palatine, Illinois, one of Chicago’s northwest suburbs.
Enrollment
Quest currently enrolls 290 gifted children from preschool (age 3) through 8th grade. We draw students and faculty from 72 different communities in the Chicagoland area.
Class Size
Small class sizes ensure that each child receives the differentiated curriculum that he or she needs.

Currently at Quest Academy, there is one faculty member for every seven students.

Quest’s staff and faculty total 54, with 60% of our faculty and administration holding advanced degrees.
Calendar
Our school year typically begins just before Labor Day and ends the first week in June. We are on a trimester system.
High School and College Placement
Many Quest graduates attend their local public high schools, regularly securing placement in Honors and Advanced Placement classes. Quest students who choose to continue in independent schools earn admission into the most selective high schools, including The Latin School of Chicago, Francis W. Parker, Illinois Math and Science Academy, Lake Forest Academy, Loyola Academy, Woodlands Academy, Elgin Academy, Benet Academy, Chicago Academy for the Arts, Chicago Lab School and such selective boarding schools as Phillips Academy Andover. Colleges and universities enrolling Quest Academy graduates include: Harvard University, Duke University, University of Chicago, Georgetown University, Cornell University, Berklee College of Music, Boston University, Washington University, Purdue University, USC and Dartmouth College.
Financial Aid
Financial assistance is available to Quest students with demonstrated need. We utilize NAIS’ School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS).
