Admission Process

We're excited that you're considering Quest Academy! Our admission process is designed to help us get to know your child and ensure the best possible fit for your family.

Admission Process: 

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Complete the Quest Inquiry Form to receive access to our Admission Portal.  Once submitted, you'll receive an email with your admission portal login information and next steps. 

Step 2: Schedule a Campus Tour 

The best way to learn about Quest Academy is to tour our school in person. You can use our Calendly link to schedule a tour at a time that is most convenient for your schedule.

Step 3: Complete the Online Application 

After you gain access to the admission portal (see Step 1), you'll log into the Admission Portal to complete your child's application.

  • Application Fee: $75
  • All application materials are submitted through this portal 

Step 4: IQ Testing Requirement for Kindergarten and Up Only 

Applicants to Kindergarten and above must submit qualifying IQ test results (minimum FSIQ score of 125).

  • A list of local psychologists who can administer this test is linked here (you may also utilize a provider not on this list)
  • Prospective parents should schedule their child's IQ test directly with a provider of their choosing

Step 5: Student Visit Experience 

Once the online application and IQ test report has been submitted, we will schedule a student visit day.  This allows your child to: 

  • Meet potential classmates
  • Experience a day at Quest Academy
  • Provide our teachers the opportunity to observe your child

Step 6 (optional):  Apply for Financial Aid 

Quest Academy utilizes FACTS for need-based financial aid (awards of up to 50% may be available to those that qualify). The information you provide is confidential and is sent directly to our CFO for review.

  • $40 non-refundable fee (paid directly to FACTS)
  • Requires financial documentation (W-2s, household income, assets, etc.)
  • Financial aid applications are separate from the admission application and are reviewed by our CFO

Because gathering documents can take time, we recommend starting the FACTS application as soon as you know you'd like to move forward with Quest Academy - even if the other admission steps are in progress.
