Apply to Quest Academy

We're excited to get to know your family!  The application process begins with 2 simple steps: 

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Complete the Inquiry Form to receive access to the Quest Academy Admissions Portal. After you submit your inquiry form, you will receive an automated email with your log-in credentials to gain access to our Admission portal.

Step 2: Complete the Online Application

Once you receive your portal login information via email, you can complete your child's online application. All admission materials are submitted through the portal.
