About My Museum
My Museum was imagined, constructed, and hosted by children in preschool through 3rd grade. It is the only museum that is built by kids, for kids. Each exhibit is both educational and play-based, which fosters curiosity, innovation, and imagination. There is no age limit to visit the museum, but the exhibit experiences are designed for younger learners aged 6 and under.
My Museum was founded by Mr. Gary Mann, with the assistance of Miss Jenny Lesiak, and is part of the Quest Academy campus. The museum is open to the public one Friday a month during the school year and more frequently during the summer. It’s a great playdate destination for toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners. Come visit this unique space where children can play with purpose, explore their creativity, and encourage higher learning.
My Museum is located at 500 N. Benton Street in Palatine, Illinois. Free parking is available in the plaza parking lot.

My Museum Summer Hours
Summer Hours begin on Monday, June 8th.
We'll be open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:00 AM - Noon starting on Mon. June 8th through the end of July.
Note: We will be closed on Fri. July 3rd for the holiday.
