Be A Tour Guide At Our Open House

Quest Academy will be hosting its Fall Open House on Saturday, November 4th from 10:00-Noon. We look forward to inviting prospective families onto campus to learn more about what makes Quest a special place for gifted learners. The morning will consist of parent-led tours, teacher discussions, student demonstrations, and popcorn! Click here to volunteer.


Noetic Math Contest – Grades 2-5

Monday, November 14, 3:30-4:30 PM. All students in Grades 2-5 are invited to participate in the Noetic Math Contest. Students have 45 minutes to solve 20 word problems. Questions: contact angela.howe@questacademy.org

Team Basketball Registration Now Open (Grades 5-8)

Pumpkin Decorating
Smaller "pie" pumpkins and decorating supplies will be available on site. You may choose to bring a larger pumpkin to decorate at the event, or decorate one at home and place it on display! Feel free to include your own supplies.

Entry fee: Your account will be billed $6/person or $20/family with your RSVP by 10/21/17; $8 at the door. Hope to see you there!

Roller Skating in PE Class - Permission Slip Required

Beginning on November 27th, our Physical Education classes (grades K-8) will be participating in an in-house roller skating program. The permission slips must be signed and returned by November 6. Click here for a copy of the permission slip.


Night of All Knights Auction & Gala "Worker Bee" Morning

On Thursday, October 19, we have early dismissal at 2:45pm with normal after care and no after school classes. Friday there is no school but we will have extended day care available. You will need to register for extended day care if you plan on using it during your scheduled conference.

Over the next few months, we will be building and launching a new website that enhances our Quest Academy brand, streamlines the user experience, and showcases our school to truly reflects the innovation, creativity, and high-level thought that occurs on a daily basis in and around our classrooms. Student portraits were sent home in Friday folders. If your child needs a retake, please return your child's picture package to school on or before October 18. Students that were absent on picture day will be photographed on retake day. If you ordered a class picture, it will be delivered after retake photos have been processed. Online ordering is available at mylifetouch.com.

Due to insurance purposes, we will be exclusively using Skatetime School Programs® skates. Protective equipment will be provided, however students may bring their own helmet. The Quest PSA will be staffing a concession stand at an upcoming Northwestern game to help raise awareness of and funds for Quest Academy's gifted education.


Please join us for the Northwestern Wildcats vs. Michigan State Spartans:

Date: Saturday, 10/28/17

Game Time: TBD, probably either 11am or 2:30pm Kick-Off


Volunteers Needed: 15-20 people for 6-8 hours each (Some spots can be split among family members ages 8th grade and up)


Check-in is 3-4 hrs before game time as gates open 1 1/2 hours prior to game time.

Knights on the Run 4K Family Run/Walk - SUNDAY!!


We are very excited about our 2nd annual Run/Walk this Sunday! If you weren't able to pick up your packets on Friday, they will be waiting for you on Sunday morning. See you anytime between 8 and 8:45 am before the whistle start at 9!

High School Fair

Last year we hosted the high school fair, this year it is being held at Science & Arts Academy in Des Plaines. There will be more than 20 school represented, both local and national, day and boarding schools. Admission representatives will be available to answer your questions.

Little Knights Parent-Tot Classes


Our popular parent-tot class, Little Knights, returns for the 2017-2018 school year! These free classes are a weekly learning adventures for children ages 2-4 hosted by Quest Academy. Explore topics in art, drama, music, movement, and storytelling while making new friends and learning new concepts!

Current Quest families with younger siblings who do not attend Quest are welcome and please bring your family, friends, and neighbors. Parents join in on the fun and younger siblings are welcome to attend! Classes start September 20, 2017 and meet every Wednesday 9:00-9:45 AM.

Knights on the Run 4K Family Run/Walk

We are getting very excited about our 2nd annual Run/Walk! Visit www.bidpal.net/quest4K t o register, or sponsor a runner/walker. We currently have over 230 registered participants and 1st and 5th grade are still in the lead with the most participants per grade with 53% and 57% respectively! One grade will win a popsicle party in gym class. Also, we've had 6 students that have 5 sponsors or more to-date which has won them a goody bag filled slime and ice cream cone coupons! Students are welcome to turn in their sponsor forms until the Mondayafter the run.
