If you have not turned in your emergency form, please send it to Mrs. Perry by Monday. This form is used in emergency situations where we need to contact you or if students are away from campus.

Meet the Teacher Nights
Lower School – Thursday, August 31, 6:30-8:00 pm
Middle School – Thursday, September 7, 6:00-8:00 pm
Parents are encouraged to come and meet the teachers, learn about the curricula and classroom expectations. These events are for parents only, please make arrangements for childcare.
Picture Day – Tuesday, September 5
All students will have their picture taken for the yearbook. Orders can be placed online, go tomylifetouch.com. Paper order forms were sent home in Friday Folders, extra forms are available at the front desk. Retake day is scheduled for October 18.
Family Fun Run/Walk
Mark you calendars! Join us for our 4K Walk, Run, & Fun Day (2.5 miles) on Sunday, October 1. Sponsorships are available. Contact Laurie DeSimone if you would like to volunteer or sponsor the event.
Children Sought for Stevenson High School Theater Production
Children interested in acting are invited to audition for roles in their fall musical production of Fiddler on the Roof. No experience necessary. To sign up for an audition email the musical's director, Lauren Rawitz at email@example.com.

Program & Fee Information - Please read this document, it describes all of themandatory and optional fees for programs and activities (including outdoor ed trips, Chromebooks, extended day care, choir, band, & Scholastic Bowl).
Student Emergency Form - All students must complete a new form each year. Required on or before the first day of school.
Responsible Use Policy (Internet & Chromebooks) Must return before the first day to have receive your Chromebook & use the internet.
Child Health Exam Form: New form required for Kindergarten & 6th grade. All students must have this form on file.
Dental Exam Form: New form required for students entering Kindergarten, 2nd and 6th grades.
Vision Exam Form: All students entering Kindergarten must have an exam.
Student Athletics Forms – If your child will be participating in any team sports, you must complete the Sports Physical Exam Form and the Concussion Information Sheet.

All parents are members of PSA. We cannot do what we do without our volunteers. Reviewthe volunteer form and sign up, it is a great way to meet parents.
